Fitness Classes
BASIC TRAINING 101 - Lace up your tennis shoes and get ready to sweat! This class is for those who want to push them self (with help from our certified instructor) to a whole new level of fit! If you are ready to commit to a new and fit you then hop on board for a term of basic yet demanding circuit training that will challenge any fitness level!
To track your progress fitness testing will be done every 6 week term, that way you have proof of the tremendous progress you are making.
For this class you will need a set of hand weights 5 and 10 pounds, yoga mat, small towel, good sport shoes, the ability to do a push up on your knees, walk one mile and the commitment to yourself to make a change.
BASIC TRAINIG 201 - Congratulations you made it threw Basic training 101 or you have individually accomplished an advanced level of fitness! Now is not the time to stop the up hill climb its time to step it up a notch. This more intensive training course will take you to even greater heights in your fitness journey. So hop aboard and get ready to achieve your best body!

This Class requires: a set of hand weights 5 and 12 pounds, towel, Yoga mat, the ability to do 10 full pushups, jog a mile and the commitment to your self to make a change.
DANCE IT OFF! - That's right get ready to move to the grove. This 55 min cardio dance challenge will burn of the calories while you have fun shaking it! If you want to look great and don't love the gym this class is a great way to exercise with out exercising come join the fun! The choreography will be accessible to all levels!
PERSONAL TRAINING - It's all about you! If you need one on one fitness and health counseling and some one to light a fire under you to get in the best shape of your life, personal fitness training with our National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified personal trainer, will give you the boost you need.
ZOOMBA is a dance inspired fitness class with body sculpting movements combined with Latin moves and rythms from all around the world - (salsa, samba, merengue, cha cha, cumbia, etc.). The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. Zoomba class is typically not formulaic in that instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique. This fitness class if for everyone, no partner or experience needed!
